Penny Stocks are shares of stock traded on what are called the "pink sheets," and usually do not meet the minimum criteria for capitalization and number of shareholders that are required for listing on most exchanges. These stocks are normally sold at a low price, are thinly
traded, and have few market makers.
Penny stocks are very risky, so you should never use money you can't afford to lose. Always check out a company before you invest in it. Don't count on someone else's research.
Below are some links that I like. Remember when you invest in any investment, you do so at your own risk, and if you lose, you only have yourself to blame.
